Anti-spam policy

Elixonic is a tool for meditation teachers. A teacher writes a guided meditation, narrates it in their own recorded voice, and the service produces an individual audio file for each student in their class — with that student's name spoken in it. The finished file is delivered to the student as a private link, because the audio is too large to attach to a message.

The only mail Elixonic sends

One message, to one named person, carrying that person's own file and their own unsubscribe link. It is addressed to them, it comes from the teacher who teaches them, and their teacher's address is its Reply-To, so a reply reaches a person rather than a no-reply mailbox.

The message does not advertise Elixonic. It contains no offers, no invitations to sign up, no requests to forward it and no promotion of anything.

Who may be sent to

Recipients are entered individually by the teacher who teaches them. Before a teacher can send at all, they must confirm in the application that the people on their list asked to hear from them, and that confirmation is recorded with the date.

There are no imports from public sources, no purchased, rented or exchanged lists, no address harvesting and no mailing lists of any kind. A teacher's students belong to that teacher: Elixonic never mails them on its own behalf, never sells or shares them, and never adds them to anything.

What is never done

• No unsolicited mail, ever, by anyone — including us.
• No advertising of this site by mail, by us or by anyone acting for us.
• No affiliate programme, no resellers, no partners, no third-party marketers, no advertising networks. None exist and none are planned.
• No bulk or promotional mail of any kind, and no newsletter.

Stopping

Every message carries a plain unsubscribe link and a List-Unsubscribe header with one-click support, so a mail app can stop it on the reader's behalf. An unsubscribe takes effect where messages are sent rather than on a page, and the teacher cannot reverse it — only the recipient's own link can. An address that refuses delivery is blocked from receiving anything further.

If this is ever broken

Accounts are granted by invitation, one at a time, and every message an account sends is visible to us. An account that mailed people who had not asked for it would be closed.
